Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Arkansas.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our plant maintenance operations. This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, overseeing maintenance projects, developing a high-performing team, and supporting overall plant goals in safety, efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all equipment while ensuring repair requests are promptly assigned and completed.
- Lead equipment installation, modification, and facility upgrade projects; track timelines, report progress to leadership, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel; deliver ongoing training on GMP, Lockout/Tagout, HACCP, HAZCOM, and other safety protocols.
- Support the development of maintenance budgets, procure necessary supplies, and actively manage costs.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience & Skills
- 4-7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
