Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Arkansas.
Maintenance Technician / Industrial Electrician
Location: Arkansas
Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
Pay: $29.00-$32.00/hr + OT Available
Position Summary
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production operations.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Complete approximately 2 months of training on day shift before transitioning to permanent nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, conveyors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns as needed.
- Follow safety, GMP, food safety, and maintenance documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Night shift schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week.
- Overtime available, with technicians often working 45-50+ hours weekly.
- Competitive hourly pay of $29.00-$32.00 based on experience.
